please i want a help in this error

i try to execute DBMS_UTLITY.ANALYZE_DATABASE
and DBMS_UTILITY.ANALYZE_SCHEMA

but always i have the following error for both exeution

ORA-02074
ORA-06512
ORA-06512
ORA-06512

this confused me because i checked all the parameter more than once and all are correct.
i hop to answer me because i realy need it

Copy and paste your screen instead of trying to explain what you did.
Give your Oracle version (4 decimals).

this is the error message that i get

my oracle vergin is 10.1.0
mabe this help but i am accessing oracle from .NET throw ODP (Oracle Data Access)

You didn't show the statement you executed.
When I said 4 decimals for your Oracle version, it is not 3.

im sorry that i take long time to give all the required information

this is the code that execute

begin
DBMS_UTILITY.ANALYZE_SCHEMA(schema=>:1,method=>:2,
estimate_rows=>:3,estimate_percent=>:4,method_opt=>:5);
end;

then i give all the value of every bind varable correctly and im sure that it is at the same datatype

and my database version is 10.1.0.2
