What is the best command for clear the block.

Actual I am creating duplicate record but when I save this record it gives the error FRM-40509 and when I see in detail it is ORA-02292.

when I press duplicate button I write in starting that clear_block and fetch the data through Query. but it gives the error that first you delete you record what is the solution that clear all data in table and make duplicate.

When I commit shows this msg in back.

ORA-02292: integrity constraint (KAMRAN.COST_NO_FK1) violated - child record found

Note: I am not deleting any record just copying/duplicate.

It would help if you post real trigger code, not describing it.

Because, if Oracle says that you are attempting to delete a perent record and it refuses to do so because child record exists, I, somehow, believe it.
