As I don't know anything about Oracle E-Business Suite, this might be stupid, but - let me try.

Do you know for sure that there's that tool somewhere in the Suite? Because, Oracle offers data loader utility which is called SQL*Loader. It is installed by default when installing Oracle database, but you can also find it on Oracle Client installation CD (or file you download).

To install it, start the Oracle Universal Installer and choose product(s) you wish to install.

Once again: if it is not SQL*Loader you are looking for, I'm sorry, but I can't help you.

i am looking for tools to load data from excle sheet to my application form.
can u sujest me some tools
data loader is a tool of quest software but i am unable to find it.

Abhi,

TOAD can be bought from Quest Software.

There is however an old freeware edition of TOAD as well that can be downloaded from the ToadSoft website. It cannot be used by more than five people in your organisation and has to be reinstalled every two months.

Oracle has a free tool called SQL Developer which you might consider instead. It is not as good, but it might be good enough and you cannot beat the price. SQL Developer is available for download on OTN.
