You can run this in Internet explorer but you have to do some changes in you form like
go Edit --- > Preference --> Runtime Tab
and set the web browser location, write here full path of your I.E exe file.

2nd thing you have to install Java for Oracle.

It can run in Firefox but you 'll have to install Plugin of Firefox.

I didn't quite get it ... did you set the Forms Preferences? Something like this:

./fa/2428/0/

Also, I believe there must be MS Internet Explorer installed on your computer. For a moment, forget about Mozilla Firefox and use IE instead. Go to Tools - Internet Options - Advanced and set "Allow Active content to run in files on my computer", as here:

./fa/2429/0/

What happens fter you set it up and run the form again?

No, not yet!

First you have to tell the audience the way you solved the problem so that other people might benefit from it. Then we can, probably, close the case.
