hi everyone
is there any possibility to generate a report into

excel sheet DIRECTLY
without using the menu
file --> generate to file --> delimited
then convert the text file into excel !!!

i need a DIRECT way to generate an excel file


thanx in advance ,give me a better solutio . i search foram
but i could not find any better solution.
(sample a form which contain two button when first button click
that time report generated and click another button then this report convert excel sheet).....
Please give me a sample...and discuss step by step...........

yes the direct way to get report output in excel is that you have to set the desformat=Spreadsheet for the report.This will show your report in excel.
