Please tell me, how can i call a web service(WSDL) in oracle 8i envoirement.

Try this:

1) Install Java into your DB
2) Wrap the WSDL call a Java stored procedure
3) Load into the DB
4) Execute it!

For more info, read the Oracle8i Java Stored Procedures Developers Guide.

BTW: Oracle 8i is already desupported. Why do you use a modern web services architecture with such an old database release?
