i have column called runtime which Number(28)
in oracle table
say forexample if the result from sql query is for his column is
200. That means 200 sec
i am creating report in excel.
in my report instead of 200 i want like this
00:03:20(hh:mi:ss format)

could you pl tell me how to convert seconds into HH:MI:SS format
