Just a quick note to let you know that I just started a program to hand out free NFR licenses for SqlSpec to Oracle ACEs.
If you are an ACE, or even if you are not but have contributed significantly to the database community, you may qualify. There's more detail here: http://www.elsasoft.org/mvp.htm
If you aren't familiar with SqlSpec, it's a shareware app that I wrote that generates documentation for databases. It supports Oracle 9i and up, as well as just about every other DBMS out there.
I also support charities and open source projects with free licenses.
