Exit your plsql editor
Open Outlook
Start using the calendar.

Serious: What do you want to do? Call an API from pl/sql? Edit some sort of file of which you don't know the way it is coded?

Yes I want to call API from PL/SQL, and edit the changes made to it.

I don't know the details of any of this, but I think the fact alone that PL/SQL is executed on the Database Server and all the APIs that you would have to call have to be called on the client seems to be a real show-stoper in regards of wanting to do it in PL/SQL.

My guess is that this is an Oracle Forms related question.
