I'm trying to create a physical standby using the enterprise manager grid control and I continue to get this error when attempting to clone my primary.
I'm running Oracle 10.2.0.3 on Windows 2003

Invalid clone bean object. Submit failed.
x:\oracle\product\10.2.0\db_2\network\admin\listener.ora: java.io.IOException: The system cannot find the path specified
