hi all,

can anybody tell me, how can i use API's to insert data's from a flatfile to HRMS base table.

im in a process of inserting some datas from a flatfile to HRMS base table. In this case, the hrms basetable is PER_ALL_PEOPLE_F. since, there're no interface tables exist in hrms, we got to use only API's.so, i need to know how can we use APIs to insert data into the base table.

any help will be greatly appreciated.

I have no idea with application part of this (API used etc).
Generally, you can use sql*loader to load the data from a flat file into the database tables
use external table (may not be applicable in your case).
Search the forum. If you still prefer to use your native methods (API) post in appropriate forum.
