hi all,

In SQL*PLUS , when i write the following code :-

declare
cursor c1 is select * from emp;
<---------- line blank
v number;
s varchar2(20);
declare
s := 'efwef';
<---------- line blank
open c1;
...
...
end;

l enter an lines without any typing, and after execute this block ,

when i edit this block after that by type :-

SQLPLUS>ed

i see the block but without this spaces, like that :-

declare
cursor c1 is select * from emp;
v number;
s varchar2(20);
declare
s := 'efwef';
open c1;
...
...
end;
