Hi,

I am working on some customizations of JSP pages in CRM iSupport module. The scenario is For a Service request creation we have templates optionally created for faster data entry. I want to know where the templates are stored. I have searched a lot inside the database and as an ultimate option i am requesting you.Any help in this regard is much grateful from my side.

they are stored in personalization tables.....jus wanted to tell that i found the answer...thnx folks..
