Do you have any idea about any tool that can scramble the data in Oracle database and still maintain integrity and constraints?

The client wants to provide access only to scrambled data.

hey thanks alot for the prompt reply

but i need to encrypt data not pl sql code

any ideas, of encrypting data but still maintaining the econstraints
