Hi,
I migrated oracle from HP-UX 11.11 to HP-UX 11.23 and also we converted into ASM, but after the migration when I try to connect using sys in OEM am getting ORA-01031 aslo i get the same erro when i try to connect using TOAD, can anyone tell me what could be the problem? I'm able to connect sys as sysdba with the server, that works.

01031, 00000, "insufficient privileges"
