Is it possible to capture all the dml statements that are fired on the database .

Like we can create before or after ddl on database trigger to capture all ddl statements fired on database ...
Is there similar way to capture all dml statements fired on the database.

Oracle doesn't support DML triggers on DB or schema level. So, you will have to create DML triggers on all your tables. Alternatively, use another technology - like log mining or Oracle Streams.
