good day!
do you know any pl/sql code or package that i can use to open/access an mdb file? i will be using it in ref cursor of oracle reports as reference in my report.
any help would be appreciated.

I'll be surprised if this happens via PL/SQL (directly).
I suspect it can be done via JAVA & I know it can be done with PERL.

You can use odbc or you can export it to a text file, then use SQL*Loader or external tables to get it into Oracle.
