My car won't go. Tell me how to make my car go.
A contentless post, deserves a factless response.
Please review your post & decide what ACTUAL fact(s) you presented.
You have a problem, but we have no real idea what YOU did or how Oracle actually responded.
CUT & PASTE is your friend, but only if you use it.

The error message itself self explanatory, one can answer to this question if have experienced for such kinkd of exception.

As i am not java developer so i can't say what's going on that side.
In the java exception window, i can see dynamically genetated UPDATE statement and before update statement said error message is printed over there.

If the statement above is true, why are you posting?
GOOGLE does not support your assertion.

These two statements contradict each other.
You refuse to POST what actually you are doing & I refuse to guess.
AFAIK, the "error message" is NOT a standard Oracle error so,
You're On Your Own (YOYO)!

Well this is not an Standard Oracle Error.

Do you know what the sql that is executing dynamically looks like ?
By the look of the "error" text, it seems that there is no row to update.

Try to verify that the row actually exists

Well....obviously it isn't. You've encountered it, and you've got no idea what to do, otherwise you wouldn't be posting here.

I guess u have more time to spare but i don't...if u don't know solution then just keep quiet.
A poor attitude for someone asking for help from people giving it for free.

Please provide us with some context for this problem. Is this error message being returned by your Oracle code, or is this the actual Java error.

If it is an UPDATE statement being run, then Oracle won't be generating an error if no rows are processed, which suggests that this is something internal to your code - sadly, as you refuse to post any code, that's as far down that line as we can go.

Does your code have any logging to allow you to see what the SQL being executed is? If not, you should turn Tracing on for your test box and run the query again. Run the trace file produced through TKProf, and post it here.

First of all be nice to people as we all are professionals and this is the place to learn new things.

OK about your problem. As you haven't provided much information so Plan A won't work then Plan B is (Pure guess)

I think you are trying to do something like this

Update table_name
set column_name='xyz'
where column_name = 'abc'

and ending up with erros as below.

Statement Warnings:
[SQL0100] Row not found for UPDATE.
SQL State: 02000
Vendor Error Code: 100
0 rows processed.

Follow this link for some clue related to your Java update problems.(The problem is down to handlign SQLException and SQLWarning in your Java code)

http://java.sun.com/developer/onlineTraining/Database/JDBC20Intro/exercises/SQLErr/index.html

If you need any additional help, post your problem with details.
