Hi,
FRM-10102: Cannot attach PL/SQL library XXX. This library attachment will be lost if the module is saved.
I am getting above error message while opening Oracle 6i Form in 10g.
I get the following Alert message when I try to attach the library to my form -
Attached library name
S:\.........xxx.pll contains non-portable directory specification. Remove path? Yes/No?
If I select 'No', the Form compiles and runs without any error.
But if I select 'Yes', I get the following error message:
FRM-40039: Cannot attach library xxx while opening form.
All files (fmb, fmx, pll, plx) are on the same path. I detached and then re-attached the library but this didn't work for me?

Hi All,
I am getting following message while opening the fmb in the 10g form builder.
FRM-10102: Cannot attach PL/SQL library xxx.
This library attachment will be lost if the module is saved.
After I attached the required library, it is asking to "Remove Path" - yes/no ?
When I select 'yes', shouldn't it save the library with the form?
What is the solution to 'FRM-10102' error message?

David: I just noticed that it doesn't give me any library attachment message while opening the form in the form builder but for some reason I am getting the same message when I run the form.
Do you know why i am getting following run time error message:
FRM-40039: Cannot attach library xxx while opening form yyy.
Thanks for you help in advance.
Harleen

Frank, what do you mean by runtime forms path?
Well all my .fmb, .fmx, .pll and .plx are located in same path!!!
Finally I got it to work by changing the path of working directory in formsweb.cfg file which is under Oracle Home --> Forms --> Server. Now I am not getting any compilation or runtime error.
