Hi,

I'm trying to understand the space requirements of the Oracle database for the huge amount of data we're trying to insert into the database. I need to know how much the database will scale to when millions of records are inserted into the database.

Is there any easy way of know how much space a table is taking in terms of bytes, KB or MB? Can somebody suggest the best way to measure this?

Thanks,

Sam.

Depends on your version/tablespace (LMT/DMT)/storage specifications you will be using/nature of database/datatypes you use.
