Greetings,

Is there a way to configure Oracle 9i so that all of the Oracle processes/threads will be run on the same CPU on a multi-cpu workstation?
And if so how do we do that?

No with Oracle configuration but you surely can configure your OS for that.
The way to do it depends on this OS.
