Oracle Error for first time login from form [message #225599]

hi
when user tryies to login from form first time get the error as On-logon trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-4067 if i Ok the message and press again login is ok. i check all the objects which r used when login are valid. From SQL login is OK
pls suggest me what may be the problem.

Could you check it once again? This is what Oracle says about it:

Quote:

ORA-04067: not executed, string does not exist

Cause: Attempt to execute a non-existent stored procedure.

Action: Make sure that a correct name is given.
