That depends entirely on how you plan to communicate with it.
How does it require you to talk to it?

I plan to write something flexible.
For beggining we talk about fax server, but it can be printer that sign up to fax or e-mail that can send the data to fax.

Software Design 101:
1) Decide what you need to write
2) Write it.

Once you've decided how you're going to talk to the Fax Server, then we can help you code that solution.

I'm not sure what kind of information do you need:
>>...how you're going to talk to the Fax Server...<<
Here i'll try to explain what i plan to do:
1. Store in data base table the data of fax receiver and link to attached file that will be send to the receiver
2. send by job (from trigger of the table) the fax to receiver

Does it help you to answer on my question?

Thanks.

Not really.
HOW do you talk to the Fax server?
Does it have a web server interface?
Does it have a DLL with an API in it?
Does it look in a certain directory for a file containing a list of files to fax (don't laugh! I've had to write software to talk to one of those)

Define your 'send' method. Will it be an invocation of an OS-command?

I see from your post that it strongly depends on kind of the fax server?
If it so i can't write flexible code that doesn't depend on kind of fax server.
So, right now we have talk to fax server that look in a certain directory for a file containing a list of files to fax.

What you need to do will depend a primarily on the requirements of the Fax Server.
You will need to use UTL_FILE to write a file to the directory that the fax server looks in, containing whatever details it is looking for.
Depending on how it works, you may need to create a new file with a unique name each time, or you may need to worry about appending to an existing file.

Thanks!
So, i can generate the file by UTL_FILE or by Oracle Reports...
Do you have the examples of talking to fax by web server interface?

I've not got an example of that at the moment.
You'd use UTL_HTTP to do the communication with the web interface.
