Hello
we are running Oracle 10gR2 with serveur 2003.

The service OracleDBConsolewg3s is runnig and the database is open.

From control_panel->startup->program: "database control-wg3s"
can't start.

the internet page http://srv-test.cogeti.int:1158/em
the page opens with the next message:
"Internet explorer can't display this Web page".

the dossier
D:\oracle\product\10.2.0\db_1\SRV-TEST.COGETI.INT_wg3s
exists.

I launch "emctl start dbconsole" the answer is
D:\oracle\product\10.2.0\db_1\SRV-TEST_wg3s not found.

the parameter host in tnsnames.ora and listener.ora is:
srv-test.cogeti.int

what's the problem?
