Use BCP utility of SQL server to create flat file for each table.
Afterward you can use SQL*Loader to load it into Oracle.

Hi,

I have a similar question. I need to send sybase bcp to oracle with sqlldr. However I think I need to specify column position info in sqlldr control file as column lists in oracle maybe diff than in sybase. Please tell me the best way to figure out column position for data in bcp file. Thanks

We use FME (Feature Manipulation Engine). I had some projects where the asked me to push it through and it worked like a charm. You can change formats, data types, and values with no problem.

too bad we don't have something like that to use. Also I tested and confirmed there's no need to specify position for column as long as column orders are same in both server. thanks
