Hello
I have converted some forms from Forms 3.0 into Forms 6.0. In old version(Forms 3.0)CTRL-PageUp calls some form, CTRL-PageDown another etc., but now it doesn't work. Where can I check what function keys are credit to which triggers?
I will be gratefull for some suggestions.

Press <Ctrl + K> or select "Help - Keys".

Hi
If I press Ctrl+K in Form Builder it runs Compilation, and in Help there is no position like Keys?!
If I press Ctrl+K inn Form Run it doesn't work. There is another mystery. In my laptop this combination Ctrl+PageDown and Ctrl+PageUp works, but on my PC doesn't? What is wrong?

And what happens when you run the form and select "Keys" from the Help menu ?

P.S. I'm not sure about Developer 6i, but in more recent versions, there's a SOME_NAME.RES file which contains key mappings. Search for it (for .res file, not "some_name.res"; I hope it is obvious) and see what is written in there. Perhaps you'll have to modify this file in order to map keys as they used to be in Forms 3.0.

When I run Forms, I have my own menu and there is no position Help-> Keys. I have found FRMUSW.RES file, but I heard if I want to open it, I need Oracle Terminal, but I have nothing like this on my computer? Is there any other way to open and edit FRMUSW.RES ?

Maybe, I can copy this FMRUSW.RES file from my laptop, where these mentioned function keys work, to computer where they don't? Unless it may cause damages :/

If the same file already exists on a target computer, backup it first (the easiest way would be to rename it to, for example, 'FMRUSW_OLD.RES'). Then copy the file from laptop and try it. I believe no damage can be done.

Copying file didn't help Sad I have installed Oracle Terminal, and open FMRUSW by it.I have changed key bindings in this same way like on my laptop. Everything is identical but.. it still doesn't work. I have no idea what is wrong.

Ok I have found solution Smile It goes like this:
Open Oracle Terminal and edit FMRPLW.RES , double click on "normal" and there I have inserted row with my "hot-key". It works like it should.
Thanks for your time.
