I have applications developed using Developer 2000 (Forms 4.5) and I have 10g Database. Recently I've just migrated database from Oracle 8 to 10g.

I tried to point my current applications (Forms 4.5) to 10g Database, it seems alright at this moment. I'm just wondering will there be any problems or complications arise in the future? Do I also have to migrate my applications to 10g also?

It would be a good idea.

Forms 4.5 has a different concept for ROWID to that used by 8i/9i/10g. I am surprised that Forms 4.5 even works against 10g.
