can u plz tell me how could one copy data from one database to another database ?

atleast give me some hints .

Export / Import would be one way. Please look at the documentation at http://tahiti.oracle.com or do a search.

What version of the database?

As joy_division mentioned, export/import is an option as is database link. If you are on 10g, you can consider data pump.
