hi
I could before conect to oracle database from Command Prompt but today when I try it, get some ERROR from both side in command prompt and orcale databae which is like this:
how can I fix the error under line:

error i comman prompt:

Error i oracle 10G

Hi
what do u mean by error from both sides.

firstly, if u want to connect to a database u need to open sqlplus utility which is front end tool to connect to database
and that u can do like this

C:\DOCUME~1\SULEMAN>sqlplus

SQL*Plus: Release 9.0.1.0.1 - Production on Mon Mar 12 08:54:14 2007

(c) Copyright 2001 Oracle Corporation. All rights reserved.

Enter user-name: scott/tiger

Connected to:
Oracle9i Enterprise Edition Release 9.0.1.1.1 - Production
With the Partitioning option
JServer Release 9.0.1.1.1 - Production

SQL>
