I can not. I know you have a problem using the Wizard, but I have no idea what your problem is. OraFAQ Forum does not require you to pay for any extra word you type (or even snapshot to attach), so - why wouldn't you explain your problem so that we wouldn't have to blindly guess what might be wrong?

Besides the fact that explaining it "in details" (as you'd like someone to do) is time-consuming and would require this "someone" to write a little manual, I guess there's no other reason.

Did you read the Sticky topic in this forum? If not, you should.

Among other things, there's also a suggestion which tells the reader to use Google. So, as you didn't ask Google to help you, I did it for you. Here is a page which shows an example of how to use a stored procedure as a data source in Forms.

If it isn't enough, once again: use Google. After you read a few documents about the issue, you'll probably be able to create a form which will use a stored procedure as a data source. And then, if you need help for a specific problem, do come back and explain it. Expecting us to take your hand and lead you through Oracle life is a little bit too much. For me, at least.
