I have a master-detail screen in Forms6i and I want to query on detail block. But when I press Enter in first column of Master block, I get error FRM-41047-Cannot navigate out of current block in enter-query mode.
How to query on detail block which will show the master block data also..
thanks in adv for any help/tip..

The error you got means that the form is in Enter-Query mode and waits for you to enter conditions to be met in order to fetch records and/or Execute-Query. While in Enter-Query mode, you can not navigate out of current block (i.e. master block in your example). If you want to go to detail block, you'll have to Cancel-Query first.

Also, in master-detail relationship, fetch parent records in order to get child ones. Not vice versa.
