Hello Friends,
I have a long standing query on Positional Hierarchies.Say I have 5 people in one Hierarchy.When a document is routed to this Position from a lower Position,will the Approval Notification be sent to all the 5 people in this position or only the First person(First Alphabetically)?.

Hi,
Your Notification reaches to the next position, who defined as a first person but not in the Alphabetical. There is no provision for reaching all 5 Persons.

Hi Ramesh,
Thanks for the response,but a Document(Document ID:134947.1) provided in Oracle Metalink says that the notification is going to reach only the first person alphabetically and I still hear different views from many of the OA professionals.This is the reason I wanted to confirm this from you people.
