How to find the Temporary tables in one schema and then entire database.

You mean GTT?
Just check user_tables/dba_tables
SCOTT > create table x (c1 number);

Table created.

SCOTT > create global temporary table gtt (c1 number);

Table created.

SCOTT > select table_name,temporary from user_tables;

TABLE_NAME                     T
------------------------------ -
X                              N
GTT                            Y
