If you are unwilling or incapable of using GOOGLE, then you are not qualified to create a schema!
From GOOGLE -> Results 1 - 10 of about 1,190,000 for oracle create schema.

Hi

if you are using oracle 9i then

First connect as

sys/oracle@yourservicename as sysdba

yourservicename may be your db name because db name and service
name may be the same.

then at sql prompt

grant dba to abc identified by xyz

where dba is a default role to make your schema a dba

abc is username
xyz is password

Hope it helps.
