We all know, we cant use commit, rollback and save point inside the trigger directly. I would like to know why we cant use?

Why would you want to use commit, when you are in the middle of a transaction.
Do you really want a trigger (an invisible side-effect of your DML-statement) to decide that your transaction is over, or do YOU want control over your transaction?
