Think. Think about how sql-loader works.
How did sql-loader know which file the original records were in?

What kind of 'bad' records are they?
If those are creating by violation of constraints, there is an option. You can insert those records into an exception table inside database and deal with it later.
If the violation is on datatypes etc, there is no other option except what Frank has already said.
