Hi,

Cold backup.

You can create 1 batch file or three sql file.
SQL FILE.
1.shutdown
2.copy
3.startup.

go through below script if hope this helps.
http://dbataj.blogspot.com/2007/01/coldbackupscripts.html

Export.
You have to create TWO script.
1.batch file >>>run below sql script.
2.sql file >>>> for export command.

Batch file
sqlplus "scott/tiger" @c:\exp.sql

SQL file

SQL> column today new_val dt
SQL> select to_char(sysdate,'ddmonyy') today from dual;
17feb07
SQL> prompt host exp userid=scott/tiger tables=emp file=c:\db_&dt..dmp log=c:\db_&dt..log
host exp userid=scott/tiger tables=emp file=c:\db_17feb07.dmp log=c:\db_17feb07.log
SQL> prompt exit
exit
SQL>spool off

Above SQL ( EXPORT COMMAND) you can change according your needs.
