I have a table storing owner, table_name, where_clause.

I want to write a stored procedure to read every record in that table and execute commands based on selected values:

delete from <owner>.<table_name>
where <where_clause>
;

Anyone know how to do it?

Or perhaps Expression Filter.

(Don't ask me to explain how to use it though - this is something I've come across in the manuals rather than used personally.)
