Hi anyone know what is the maximium connection to a database? Anyway to set the number of connection allowed for users to connect?

I think there isn't. You can only store the number of licenses bought from Oracle, but you always can connect to Oracle.

I think you can. See License_sessions_warning and License_max_users init.ora parameters.
