Hi All

Iam trying to insert Blank to a not null column in a table.

create table test(a number not null,
b number)

****Something like this***********
---insert into test values(Blank,5);

What I should replace Blank with.

A number - if not null - must be, ... well.... numeric Confused Any number will do. How about 0?

If you want to store the abscence of a value, make the column NULLable.
