I installed oracle sql developer 9.2.0.1. and when I try to connect to my database, I make a new connection. when I try to test it, it reports an Error: the network adapter could not establish the connection. Please tell me the connection name,user name and passward.

You know that sql developer is only a tool to connect to an existing database, don't you? The way you put your question, it looks like you expect that a database is created as well..
If you know that you have to connect to an existing db, how do you expect us to know the connect data for your database??
