hi everybody,
if somebody ask you to create new user just like scott or system , then do the following steps:-

1.login with system/manager.
2.type-> CREATE USER UTSAV IDENTIFIED BY UTSAV;
(general syntax:- create user <user-name> identified by <password>)
3.then to give the priviledge of dba,connect and resource with admin option,type->GRANT CONNECT,RESOURCE,DBA TO UTSAV WITH ADMIN OPTION;
(general syntax:-grant <priviledge-option1[,priviledge-option2],..> to <user-name> with admin option)

and the user with dba,connect,resource priviledges & with admin option is now created whose login:UTSAV and password:UTSAV

Thanks for sharing the code.

COMMIT is not required, as GRANT will commit implicitly.

But SCOTT and SYSTEM are quite different users. You never want to create a user with DBA rights or all hell will break loose.

And given that SYSTEM is a special, Oracle built in account, I reckon you probably couldn't create another account like it if you tried.
