hi

i have made my report in oracle report 6i
in character mode,a4 size,132 cmns,66 rows
when i am runing my report into oracle application .
when i am printing the report my first page is spreade out into second page .

please give me the setting of
character mode in oracle application 11i

Did I say printer margins? Obviously I did ... but meant to say page margins. I apologize.

While in Paper Layout, click the "Edit Margin" button. It will draw a black, thick rectangle. All report objects (text, items, ...) that do not belong to margin will not be accessible, but you can move and/or resize margin (the black thick rectangle).

Perhaps it is too small to show all you'd like to. If so, enlarge it and run the report again. Maybe it'll help.
