Hello All,
I have the following piece of code:

declare
   x TIMESTAMP;
begin
   x:=CURRENT_TIMESTAMP;
   dbms_lock.sleep(5);
   dbms_output.put_line((CURRENT_TIMESTAMP-x));
end;


whose output is +000000000 00:00:05.009741000

I need to know how I could this value to be expressed as milliseconds.
That is the output I want is 5.009

use TO_CHAR
