Hi
Im student from Mexico, actually im having a problem with Oracle Portal, I cannot access to The Oracle Portal from Internet Mad ,I set Oracle Portal to 8083 TCP so I can see the portal from my computer at port 8083 on localhost or 127.0.0.1 . Actually Im using IIS and some other webapps on differents ports and It works Fine, You must know that im using NO-IP services. Cool
