there r 3 tables IOM_DOC(main table), IOM_ROOT &IOM _SEC,
3 columns in IOM_DOC DOC_ID(primary key PK),io_number(child),parent_io.(its io_number of the parent)
3 columns in IOM_root doc_id(PK), cause_id, notes.
4 columns in IOM_sec id(pk; sequence col), doc_id, cause_id, notes.

prob: whenever an row of parent_io in IOM_root & iom_sec is updated or inserted,
all child record should be updated(cause_id & notes)

so that the child record is same parent record;

whats the better way to do it?

plz help me out in this
