Hello,

I have a project that was made in Oracle version 6. Now, I'am working with 10g express edition of the Oracle developer software.

Can I convert my old project to extend/change it in my new developer envoirment? And how can I do that?

Thanks for your answers!

there are many considerations - if you want a meaningful answer - you need to describe which oracle components and versions your application uses. Oracle 6 table structure went through a big change from 7.3.4 -> 8.0. Oracle client 6/10 and database 6/10 are also incompatible. Check metalink.oracle.com for compatibility matrices.

Same discussion is going on in the Dutch forum.
Turns out the original application is a Forms 6 application, not a v6 DB.
