Process Webcached.exe reaches 100% in taskmanager of Windows server. Forms10 don't respond at client side.
It happens in all three middle-tier's servers witch are in Microsoft NLB and webcached cluster.

MS windows 2003 server SP1, OAS 10.1.2.0.2
