I'm trying to create a trigger that updates a table (table B) after deleting another one (table A). There is a foreign in table B that links with table A. How can I do this?
I've been searching which says "Referential Integrity constraints may need to be dropped before alternative constraints can be implemented." but how??
can anyone give me an example or some hints doing this?

It seems that it is not a trigger that you are looking for, but ON DELETE CASCADE option used while defining referential integrity. It specifies that Oracle itself maintains referential integrity: when you delete a referenced primary key value, Oracle automatically removes dependent foreign key values.
