Hi Everybody,

I have one problem.
I made a jar file from my application and I want to execute from the command java -jar Application.jar. But I got an oracle.jdbc.driver.OracleDriver not found.
I put the ojdbc14.jar in the classpath but nothing .. always this f.. problem ..
There is someone who can help me .. please...

Hi Mariche,

Did u resolve this problem? What was the solution?

I have the same thing here. App works fine, but once I jared it and execute the jar it gives me the oracle.jdbc.driver.OracleDriver not found.

Do you have the driver in the cp in the MANIFEST.MF?

No. I just learned about the need to specify all jars in CP.
This is very odd, I create my big jar using Eclipse export app to jar feature. Suprisingly the feature doesnt create CP entries in the manifest for internal jars.
